Manicure Monday: Revlon Starry Pink

Happy Monday Loves! Today's Mani Monday is "Starry Pink" by Revlon. A very subtle yet gorgeous glitter polish! Let's check it out below.

Starry Pink is a very light pale pink (almost muted) polish with silver glitters. It is filled with teeny tiny round silver glitters & bigger hex ones as well.

The polish was so easy to apply & got opaque in 2 coats. Formula was not too thin & not too thick, just in between. Glided on my nails very nicely without any bubbling!

Revlon's Starry Pink is such a pretty polish!! It makes my nails look so soft, super romantic & I can stare at all those pretty silver glitters all day long- just like the stars in the dark night sky, except this one is pink! ^___~

Manicure Monday: Revlon Blue Lagoon

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Today's Mani Monday is Blue Lagoon by Revlon!

Blue Lagoon is a light (pastel) baby blue with pretty iridescent shimmer/specks in it. If you look closely the shimmers are silver & light blue in color.

I applied 2 coats for full opacity. This polish just screams Spring/Summer to me because of it's sky blue color! Sunny, blue skies- LOVE IT!!!

Manicure Monday: Revlon Girly

Happy Monday! I hope you all had an amazing Mother's Day weekend (We Love you Mommies!). This week's Mani Monday is super girly, sparkly & fun- Revlon's Girly from their bubble gum days and urban nights collection and now in their permanent line. Lets take a look below!

This girly polish is a milky pink/lilac base filled with fuchsia, light pink, purple-blue hexagon glitters. Also, in this glitter party there is smaller light pink & purple hex glitters that at different angles & light, give off a holographic effect! SO PRETTY!!

 

I applied 3 coats (polish is sheer) to have the fullest opacity & topped it off with top coat. I love when I pull the brush out the bottle there is always glitter on it, makes it so much more fun to apply the polish to your nails.

Totally feeling like a girly girl with this polish on! ^___^

Manicure Monday: Revlon Pink Chiffon

Happy Monday my loves! Hope you had an amazing weekend :) Today's Mani Monday is a polish I absolutely adore from Revlon called Pink Chiffon. 

Pink Chiffon is a baby pastel pink jelly finish polish. It applies quite sheer so 3-4 coats will get it up to the fullest opacity, so worth it though!

This polish is a gorgeous, pretty polish for the Spring/Summer & all year round because it goes with any outfit! Probably one of my top faves from Revlon and I always get a ton of compliments when I have this polish on (oooh & it makes my skin look instantly tanned!). ^___^

Manicure Monday: Maybelline Color Show Onyx Rush

Happy Monday! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. For today's Mani Monday we are going back to basics- a black polish from Maybelline Color Show, Onyx Rush.

Onyx Rush is a super opaque & glossy black polish. If you look closely at the bottle there are some barely there black shimmers in it. I applied 2 coats & the formula goes on beautifully.

Surprisingly enough, this is my only black polish in my collection & i think everyone needs a basic black classic nail polish!

Manicure Monday: Essence Bloom Me Up

HAPPY EASTER MONDAY DARLINGS! Today's Manicure Monday is very Easter appropriate & Spring as well! I wanted to have a little bit of fun with my manicure today so I used all of the nail polishes from Essence's "Bloom Me Up" collection. This is a limited edition line and is currently in stores- so hoppity hop & grab them now hehe! (I got these from Shoppers Drug Mart) Let's check these pretty polishes out below.

First off, how adorable is the packaging?! LOVE the floral pattern on the cap! Also pastel polishes always screams Spring to me :)

01 Blow My Mint is a creme finish mint polish, 02 Lovely Lavender is a pearl/shimmer finish medium-light pastel purple & 03 Blooming Tender is pearl/shimmer finish pastel peach shade. Such gorgeous shades!!

Along with the colorful polishes up top, I also used Essie's Blanc to balance out the beautiful pastel polishes as well!

I applied 2 coats of each polish & every single one of them glided on beautifully! I've never tried Essence's nail polishes before & I was super impressed at the quality (went on smooth, no streaking, great opacity, brush was easy to use) for such an affordable polish!

I can't get enough of how CUTE this color combo is on my nails! What polish are you wearing for Easter??

Manicure Monday: Essie Demure Vixen

Happy Monday my loves! Today's Mani Monday is Essie's Demure Vixen!! 

Demure Vixen is a light mauve color with a subtle hint of light purple shimmer to it. If you want to see the slight shimmer in action, try putting your nails under the sunlight & BAM! Super pretty purple shimmers appear. This shade is so gorgeous & soft looking.

I absolutely love Essie polishes, the formula & brush makes painting my nails so easy! Ooh btw, I applied 2 coats to get that nice even look.

Essie's Demure Vixen is definitely a unique & different polish & that's why I love it so much! What nail polish is unique to you?

Manicure Monday: Sonia Kashuk Sugar Rush

Happy Monday Loves! For today's Mani Monday I am sporting some neutral nails- Sonia Kashuk's Sugar Rush. First off, I have to tell you guys that I am SO IN LOVE with Sonia Kashuk's nail polishes. The brush & formula makes painting my nails with ease. Let's check out this polish below!

Sugar Rush is a gorgeous sheer nude shade with a bit of pink to it. I love this type of nude with a touch of pink because it's sort of like a hybrid between a nude & a colour polish. It makes my nails look super shiny, soft, clean & polished.

For this polish, it's great because you can wear it sheer (1-2 coats) or intensify it like I did (3 coats).

I adore nude polishes & Sonia Kashuk's Sugar Rush is definitely one of my faves! What nude polishes do you love??

Manicure Monday: Revlon Charming

Hi everyone! I don't know about you guys but around this time of the year, I long for Spring/Summer. I needed a reminder that the Spring season is among us so what polish did I gravitate towards this week? A pastel purple polish from Revlon called Charming- perfect!

Charming is a creamy lilac shade. It's a very pretty sweet shade & of course screams Spring! Actually, I think any pastel polish reminds me of Spring ^__^ 

I applied 2 coats to even out the polish to the right opacity/coverage. This color really is "Charming"!

If your looking for the perfect pastel purple polish (A PPPP, just made that up btw hehe) than grab a bottle of Revlon's Charming. I absolutely LOVE it & I am sure you will too!

Manicure Monday: Revlon Whimsical & Blue Lagoon

Hi Darlings! I hope you had a restful & relaxing weekend (hopefully you received lots of red envelopes & ate yummy food for Chinese New Year). For today's Mani Monday I used one coat of Revlon's Blue Lagoon & two coats of Whimsical. SO CUTE!

092 Blue Lagoon is a pretty baby blue pastel polish with little specks of sliver glitter.

430 Whimsical is a milky blue sheer polish with multiple size glitters (blue & pink hexagonal glitters, mini blue, pink & silver glitters). ADORABLE & PRETTY!

I call this combo, my happy nails- it just makes me smile! What better way to start of the Lunar New Year than to be in the happiest mood!

Manicure Monday: Essie Blanc

Happy Monday Loves! For this week's Mani Monday, I wanted something fresh & clean looking. What better color than white! I love how it looks on my nails- very crisp & mod. I must say ^___^

Essie's Blanc is a snowy white opaque polish. I applied 2 coats to give it that nice smooth full coverage look.

Everyone needs one in their nail polish collection, would be perfect for french manicures as well. Also, it would match any outfit you put on hehe.

Chinese New Years is this Friday (Jan.31st) & it's another fresh new start to a brand new year! I thought this clean & refreshing polish- Essie Blanc would be perfect for the celebration.

Manicure Monday: NYX Coral Sensation

Alo cuteys. Happy Monday! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!! After last week's dark polish, I wanted something brighter & lighter this week. Today's Mani Monday is a beautiful NYX polish called Coral Sensation.  

This is truly a gorgeous coral shade & doesn't it just scream Spring/Summer?! (only a few more months, yay!) The polish applied very evenly & smoothly. The brush bristles were tightly packed and it gave a nice "bounce" once I swept it across my nails. I applied 2 coats.

One of my fave blushes is Nars Orgasm (coral color with a hint of gold shimmer) & this polish is exactly that. Obviously I NEEDED this polish in my life! ^__^

The packaging of these NYX Advanced Formula polishes really reminds me of Deborah Lippmann's, don't cha think? For a drugstore polish, it sure looks high end. LOVE.

This polish by NYX- Coral Sensation is such a cheerful, fun, punch of color. I can't just help but to stare at my nails & move them back and forth to see the light reflect off that gorgeous gold sheen.
